Who you are buying from

Placing an order

When you pay, your order is placed. You will see a confirmation straight away, and I will email you one too if you gave me your email address. That confirmation is our agreement.

Prices are in pounds. Postage is worked out at checkout and shown before you pay, and collection is free. Card payments are taken by Stripe, so your card details never reach me.

Handmade, so every piece is its own

Everything is made by hand, so no two pieces are exactly the same. I photograph my pieces myself, but colours can look a little different from one screen to another.

If you have asked for a piece in your own colours, I will match them as closely as I can. If I have any questions about them, I will message you before I start.

Getting it to you

If the piece you buy is already made, I will get it to you as soon as I can. If I am making it for you, I will message you with a timescale once I know it.

Posted orders go with Evri, and the prices are on the postage page. Collection from Bolton upon Dearne is free: I will message you the address and we will sort a time that suits you.

Changing your mind about a ready-made piece

If you buy a piece that was already made, you have 14 days from the day it arrives, or the day you collect it, to change your mind. Just tell me within those 14 days by WhatsApp or email, then send it back within 14 days of telling me.

Please pack it carefully. The cost of sending it back is yours. Once it is back with me, I will refund what you paid for the piece and the postage you paid to have it sent, within 14 days.

Pieces made in your colours

A piece I make for you in your colours is made to your own choices, so it cannot be returned just because you have changed your mind once I have started making it. If you change your mind before I start, message me and I will cancel it and refund you in full.

If something is not right

If anything arrives damaged or is not right, message me with a photo within 30 days and I will put it right with a repair, a replacement or a refund. This applies to every piece, made to order or not.

Refunds go back to the card you paid with. None of this affects your legal rights as a customer.
